As the Recruiting Lead for TAS Energy's Corporate Talent Acquisition function, you will oversee onboarding and training, manage workloads, drive process improvements, and partner with hiring managers on corporate and professional-level hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the daily lead for TAS Energy's Corporate Recruiting group.
- Support the onboarding and development of new recruiters.
- Oversee recruiter workloads and help prioritize requisitions.
- Maintain consistency and efficiency across recruiting processes.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and adoption of best practices within the team.
- Serve as the initial contact for recruiter inquiries and daily issues.
- Escalate staffing challenges and process concerns to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
- Develop solid relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Deliver ongoing updates on recruiting activity and hiring progress.
- Advise on recruiting strategies aligned with market dynamics and business needs.
- Handle a full workload of requisitions supporting corporate and professional-level roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
- Draft and negotiate employment offers within established guidelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track open requisitions and key recruiting metrics.
- Support workload balancing to meet hiring priorities.
- Assess aging requisitions and identify opportunities to improve time-to-fill.
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate progression within Workday.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recruiting process enhancements.
Requirements
- Five or more years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience filling exempt and professional-level positions.
- Proven ability to lead projects or mentor recruiters.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, with Workday preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The role is predominantly desk-based, with 80 to 95 percent of time spent working at a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds may be required. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception, and field of vision necessary to perform duties.
