Talent Acquisition Specialist role based onsite in Dallas, TX, focusing on full-cycle healthcare recruitment using ATS/CRM tools to hire clinical and non-clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
- Operate iCIMS ATS and CRM to maintain candidate pipelines and keep records accurate
- Source and engage active and passive candidates with advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
- Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and fit
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
- Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach to build a strong new graduate pipeline
- Support a positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
