Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

This contract Life Sciences and Pharma Talent Acquisition role is based onsite in Dallas, TX, handling full-cycle recruitment for direct hire and contract positions while partnering with client Hiring Managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service to Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Source candidates, screen applicants, conduct telephone interviews, provide written assessments, and coordinate scheduling
• Meet or exceed defined recruiting deadlines
• Proactively identify and engage talent to build robust pipelines
• Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide timely updates to ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and candidates
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for clients and ImpactBio leadership

Requirements

• Associates degree required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Strong network of industry contacts is essential
• Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences industry
• Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical or BioTech sectors is highly desirable
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/networking channels
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with computers and modern technology
