Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Recruiter

Whitehouse Behavioral Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Recruiter to lead the full hiring lifecycle in Canton, Ohio. This on-site role centers on attracting, onboarding, and retaining top talent while keeping personnel records and training compliant, all while delivering a positive candidate experience as the first point of contact for applicants and new hires.

Responsibilities

• Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and related seminars to attract candidates.
• Travel to events using a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement.
• Create and post job advertisements across online boards, print media, flyers, and other recruitment channels as needed.
• Schedule, organize, and screen interviews with potential candidates.
• Conduct background checks and request references to assess employment eligibility.
• Maintain constructive relationships with staff, managers, and administration.
• Keep accurate records of all candidates and outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain employment records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain applicant and employee confidentiality in line with company policies.
• Provide HR support by taking on additional duties as assigned by the DOO or CEO.
