The Campus Recruiting Talent Acquisition Partner for Operations at Siemens is based in Iselin, New Jersey, with remote work flexibility. The role focuses on designing campus recruiting programs, building relationships with universities and student organizations, sourcing interns and development program candidates, coordinating campus events, and advising hiring managers on market insights for operations oriented roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies tailored to operations programs and partner institutions.
- Establish and nurture collaboration with career services, faculty, and student organizations at target universities to strengthen Siemens' brand presence.
- Identify and engage high-potential students for internships, co-ops, and development programs.
- Design and deliver campus recruiting events, career fairs, information sessions, and technical workshops.
- Provide a positive candidate journey from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to align talent needs with market insights and recruiting best practices.
- Monitor recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize efforts.
- Serve as a proactive brand ambassador for Siemens, highlighting our culture, career development opportunities, and sustainability commitments.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in campus recruiting.
- At least three years recruiting for technical, engineering, or operations oriented roles such as manufacturing, skilled trades, field service, or supply chain.
- Three or more years of experience with campus recruiting best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Three or more years using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Willingness to travel frequently during peak recruiting seasons, including Fall campus recruiting.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
