This Executive Recruiter Associate role at JPMorganChase places you at the core of strategic talent acquisition in New York, onsite, focusing on high-impact hires and proactive pipeline development across the segment. You will drive full lifecycle recruiting, align with global guidance, and partner with hiring managers to secure quality talent while shaping the candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Validate new searches to ensure details are precise and job descriptions conform to global guidelines.
- Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers and advise on recruitment processes, governance, and policy.
- Proactively map the talent landscape, build and manage candidate pools, and serve as the market specialist.
- Identify and nurture qualified candidates through multiple channels, with support from an aligned sourcing partner as needed.
- Screen, interview, and present suitable candidates to the hiring teams.
- Collaborate with the interview scheduling team to coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring teams.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience with regular, timely communications; relay manager feedback and disposition candidates in real time.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding decisions and aligning expectations between hiring managers and candidates.
- Lead pre-offer discussions with candidates and own the offer negotiation and management process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, human resources, and compensation partners to secure proper offer approvals.
- Provide updates to senior client groups on recruiting activity and manage escalations effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in an executive search firm with a focus on sourcing.
- Demonstrates hands-on ownership of sourcing and outreach with readiness to grow into broader responsibilities.
- Proven track record building talent pipelines.
- Strong client management capabilities.
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience presenting recruiting activity to senior client stakeholders.
- Skilled at managing client expectations and escalations.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking capability.
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
