Job Description

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT, LLC is seeking an on-site Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting across all branch locations from our Long Beach, CA office. This role offers a competitive annual salary of $80,000 to $85,000 and the opportunity to shape sourcing strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and partner closely with leadership to accelerate hiring and onboarding. You will manage both high-volume recruiting and professional/leadership-level searches, build a robust candidate pipeline, and cultivate strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Human Resources department in all recruitment-related activities
Partner with the VP of People Operations to define position requirements, ensure service satisfaction, and drive timely hiring and onboarding processes
Manage recruitment for both high-volume roles and professional/leadership-level positions
Oversee job postings through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and external job boards
Source candidates through networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster
Review and screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications
Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews using structured tools and best practices
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Communicate key hiring updates, including start dates, compensation, position status, and onboarding schedules
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, including travel to branch locations as needed
Develop and maintain job descriptions, screening tools, assessments, and interview guides
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide reporting to People Operations leadership
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a consistent flow of qualified applicants across key roles
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies, including ATS platforms
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
Effective negotiation and influencing skills

Job Description

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across locations from its Long Beach, California site. This onsite role focuses on guiding candidates through every stage of the hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience and partnering with hiring teams to meet staffing needs. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Responsibilities

Create and publish job postings internally and externally
Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels
Develop, monitor, and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Create and manage requisitions and job postings for both internal and external candidates
Review and screen resumes, ensuring candidates meet minimum qualifications with strong attention to detail
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using established tools and effective interviewing techniques
Conduct background checks, including driver’s license verification and motor vehicle record (MVR) reviews
Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative throughout the recruitment process
Schedule and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
Manage interview schedules based on business needs, coordinating 15–17 candidates daily
Coordinate calendar invites for interviews, job fairs, and hiring events
Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to confirm position requirements and hiring needs
Communicate with departments regarding anticipated start dates, compensation, position status, and orientation scheduling
Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and process efficiency
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity in spreadsheets and the ATSSA system
Maintain recruiting trackers, ensuring locations, addresses, and points of contact are up to date
Prepare recruitment materials, including job descriptions, screening tools, and interview questions
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
Ensure confidentiality of candidate and employee information at all times
Support a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Travel up to 5% for job fairs and recruiting events
Coordinate and support hiring events and job fairs
Provide additional support for onboarding processes and front desk operations as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
