The Role
As our Recruiting Manager, you will lead and optimize Bitsight’s global recruiting efforts. You will directly mentor the Recruiting Specialist while personally driving the recruitment strategy for critical, highly technical, and international roles across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Adopt a hands-on, player-coach approach by personally managing full-cycle recruitment for strategic global roles with a focus on technical positions such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Cybersecurity, and Data Science.
- Directly supervise and mentor the Recruiting Specialist, aligning their activities with evolving business priorities.
- Establish clear performance goals and support the professional growth of the team member.
- Serve as the Workday expert and internal champion, ensuring ATS workflows are optimized, clean, and compliant.
- Utilize Workday analytics to monitor metrics like time-to-fill, candidate pass-through rates, and pipeline health; identify bottlenecks and present data-driven solutions to leadership.
- Maintain high data integrity in Workday to deliver a transparent, positive candidate experience worldwide.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts across multiple global regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
- Navigate international employment standards, compensation trends, and hiring compliance in partnership with local HR and legal teams.
- Collaborate with employer-of-record providers or local entities to ensure seamless, compliant onboarding of international hires.
- Design and implement structured, skills-based interviewing methodologies that focus on core competencies and minimize bias.
- Proactively broaden sourcing pipelines to reach a broad, representative talent pool across geographies and backgrounds.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with evolving regional labor laws, compliance requirements, and equal opportunity standards.
Requirements
- Technical recruiting expertise with 5+ years of full-cycle experience filling complex technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Product Managers) in fast-paced SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech environments.
- Hands-on Workday ATS experience is required; comfortable building workflows, pulling reports, and maintaining system integrity.
- 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or directly managing recruiting teammates in a collaborative setting.
- Global perspective with proven experience managing international candidate pipelines and knowledge of cross-border hiring nuances.
- Commitment to fair, merit-based hiring using objective methods such as structured behavioral interviewing.
- Agile, hands-on leader capable of balancing high-level process strategy with active sourcing and screening.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and other techniques to attract passive, high-quality technical candidates.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional, multicultural global teams.
