Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of manufacturing and business roles within a rapidly expanding dietary supplement producer.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local talent networks.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Document recruitment activities and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and internal processes.
- Represent Pronto at career fairs, university events, and community partnerships.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate setting.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or operations-based organizations.
- Proven success hiring for roles such as Production, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar functions.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with proficiency in LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site work requirement in Manassas, VA.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience recruiting within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, or SQF standards.
- Experience recruiting in the Northern Virginia or Washington, DC metro area.
- Experience participating in university partnerships, career fairs, or employer branding initiatives.
