Full time Advisor Candidate Screening Direct Hire

Tesla seeks a high-volume Collision Recruiter to identify, attract, and assess talent in automotive collision, onsite in Austin, TX.

Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and advise on effective hiring strategies.
Manage time and resources efficiently while keeping business partners informed on progress and priorities.
Employ diverse sourcing methods to identify and engage strong passive candidates.
Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to evaluate technical baseline and suitability for the Tesla environment.
Prioritize delivering an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in the automotive collision industry, with evidence of exceptional performance.
Proven track record of sourcing and assessing technical talent and driving projects to successful outcomes, balancing efficiency with quality.
Experience managing relationships with hiring teams and business partners, guiding talent sources and assisting with assessments.
Genuine interest in technology demonstrated through ongoing learning throughout your career.
Skilled in offer negotiation, with awareness of relevant employment laws and market trends.
Combination of corporate and agency or executive-search experience is preferred.
Willingness to report onsite and travel; 50% travel is preferred.
