This onsite Talent Acquisition Recruiter role in Charlotte, NC centers on end-to-end recruiting, high-volume sourcing, a positive candidate experience, and building meaningful relationships to meet client hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet recruiting targets aligned with client needs and expectations
• Coordinate efforts with the recruiting team and own your recruiting goals
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Schedule on-site interviews and manage interview logistics
• Assist with reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and new-hire paperwork
• Champion TTEC as an employer of choice by building and nurturing local relationships
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey
• Report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor
• Influence business outcomes through proactive recruitment initiatives
• Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold a positive candidate experience
• Promote inclusivity in recruitment and team culture
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets for each client
• Understand client business objectives, timelines, legal considerations, and requirements
• Implement high-volume sourcing strategies and collaborate with marketing to meet goals
• Improve key hiring metrics and outcomes
• Develop a disciplined schedule for screening, interviewing, and processing candidates weekly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in recruiting
• Strong ability to interview for required performance and skill sets
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently to meet high-volume goals in an agile, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management, including sourcing and tracking candidates
• Ability to influence others through example, coaching, and mentoring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
