ServiceLink is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Shared Services in Plano, TX. This hybrid role supports full-cycle IT recruitment, builds diverse technical talent pipelines, and offers occasional travel. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, advise on screening tools and interview practices, draft and update job descriptions, and assess staffing needs during intake meetings.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, and present recommendations to the hiring teams.
- Schedule and coordinate phone, onsite, and remote interviews with multiple participants.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting roles, sourcing, screening, extending offers, initiating background checks, and handling onboarding documents for candidate presentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to support long-term hiring and retention goals.
- Attract passive talent by sharing relevant company information such as benefits, perks, and industry recognition.
- Partner with the Vice President of Recruiting and Employee Engagement and the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop a technical recruiting strategy that diversifies pipelines across all business lines and levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including technical recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and related roles.
- Working knowledge of software development, web development, AI/machine learning, UX/UI design, and common languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, Spark to assess technical talent.
- Proven ability to evaluate technical candidates and collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Extensive sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, social media, ZoomInfo, and similar tools.
- Track record of building candidate pipelines and hiring top talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience with ATS and CRM platforms; iCIMS experience preferred.
- Knowledge of technology staffing and contingent workforce practices; managing third-party recruiting vendors is a plus.
- Experience ensuring compliance with employment laws and recruiting policies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to interpret data and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Excellent project management, presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
- Customer-service orientation and commitment to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines; adaptable to changing business needs.
- Professionalism, discretion, integrity, and a collaborative, results-focused work style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work onsite 3 to 4 days per week in a collaborative environment.

A Day in the Life
- Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted strategies for roles at all levels.
- Own and maintain a pipeline of technical positions from entry to executive levels.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle and coordinate with staffing agencies as needed.
- Lead efforts to build diverse pipelines across engineering, data, and IT; consult HR and Legal on sponsorship matters.
- Build strategic partnerships to support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives.
- Participate in virtual and in-person events to network and identify prospective talent.
IT Staffing Development and Strategy
- Deliver high-quality candidates quickly and cost-effectively, partnering with engineering and IT leaders to calibrate profiles.
- Coordinate third-party agency partnerships and optimize vendor utilization to reduce costs.
- Maintain a preferred vendor list and guide selection to maximize value.
- Coordinate immigration and visa paperwork with HR and Legal.
Technical Recruiting Expertise
- Engage with technical talent and hiring leaders about engineering roles, technology stacks, and market conditions.
- Use data-driven recruiting to monitor pipelines and improve outcomes.
- Advise candidates and hiring teams with market insights while maintaining a strong employer brand and candidate experience.
- Apply advanced sourcing to reach passive talent through communities, open-source platforms, universities, conferences, referrals, and market intelligence to build high-quality pipelines.
Business Relationships
- Build relationships with community organizations, universities, and admissions counselors to broaden talent pipelines.
- Keep partners informed with regular updates, metrics, and workforce insights.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and hiring managers to ensure compliance with laws and visa requirements.
- Serve as primary point of contact for sponsorship and immigration documentation.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiting team to refine strategies and share best practices.
- Represent the organization at events to expand networks and identify talent.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Vendors
- Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, technical recruiting partners, universities, and associations.
- Assist in negotiating and onboarding Staffing Master Service Agreements as needed.
- Evaluate IT staffing vendor performance and develop scorecards to optimize partnerships.
- Aim to reduce overall IT agency spend through direct placements and vendor agreements.
