Responsibilities

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre-employment testing procedures and requirements
Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant.
Maintain standardized templates and documentation to support consistency and compliance across offer letters.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system entries are completed.
Partner with the recruiter to troubleshoot onboarding issues.
Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation.
Serve as the primary contact for the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees.
Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to maintain visibility and ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system and other HR platforms.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR coordination, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (such as Workday or SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
