Job Description

Entry-Level Recruiter supporting high-volume recruitment for Patient Access Coordinator (call center) roles in Palm Springs, FL on a hybrid schedule. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for Patient Access Coordinator positions in a call center setting.
  • Review resumes and applications in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to identify top-qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens to evaluate qualifications, availability, and fit with PBACO.
  • Administer and track candidate assessments, ensuring timely completion and proactive follow-up.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers on candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing logistics and timelines.
  • Extend verbal and written offers of employment to selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and requisition statuses in ADP WFN.
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects PBACO’s culture and values.
  • Take on recruitment for additional roles across the organization as the position grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Preferred fields include Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Genuine interest in building a career in human resources and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable spending significant time on the phone.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
  • Professional, positive demeanor with a customer-service mindset toward candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion.
