You will own full life cycle recruiting across a portfolio of consumer lifestyle brands, handling 15-20 open roles at once while partnering with hiring managers to shape role strategy and process from day one.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for 15-20 active requisitions, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate experience, interviews, offers, and close
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and brand leaders, shaping role scope, leveling, market positioning, and interview design before a requisition is opened
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience across searches, balancing stakeholder expectations with professionalism
- Use market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, source effectiveness) to guide faster, smarter hiring and keep status updates accurate
- Build and maintain a network of passive talent and industry relationships for hard-to-fill and stretch searches
- Collaborate with TA and HR on offer strategy, leveling consistency, and internal equity for recruited roles
- Take on stretch projects such as employer branding, DEI sourcing strategy, recruiting analytics, and panel interview design as the role expands
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum five years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including cross-functional or specialized roles
- Proven track record as a strategic partner to hiring managers, not merely a requisition processor
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-touch workload (10+ concurrent requisitions) while preserving candidate experience
- Strong command of recruiting data with the ability to translate metrics into recommendations for leadership
- Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, or similar fast-paced, brand-driven environments preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills across organizational levels
- Proficiency with an ATS and common productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Keynote)
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a growing, multi-brand organization

Location and schedule
This is an in-office hybrid position in Irvine, CA, with mandatory four days per week in the office and one remote day per week. Schedule is subject to change per company guidelines.
Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus the potential for an annual bonus. Compensation is based on experience.
