Staffing Recruiter Bilingual, Spanish- English

A1 Staffing Soultions LLC seeks a dynamic bilingual Staffing Recruiter (Spanish-English) to steer the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions in a fast-moving environment. This onsite role in Martinsburg, WV centers on sourcing, candidate engagement, and building durable relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enable timely placements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiations to secure qualified hires.
• Use HR tech such as Workday to track applicant flow, maintain candidate data, and streamline hiring workflows.
• Design and execute recruitment campaigns leveraging social media, proactive outreach, and lead-generation techniques to attract top candidates.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to understand staffing needs and support employer branding.
• Lead campus recruitment efforts and participate in job fairs to attract entry-level talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR standards across all recruitment activities.
• Handle high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while preserving a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting across technical, executive, and high-volume environments.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Experience with proactive sourcing techniques such as research, cold calling, and targeted candidate outreach.
• Ability to manage relationships across teams and external partners with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
