Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition
Job Description
ImpactBio is seeking a Life Sciences and Pharma Contract Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for direct hire and contract roles within the life sciences landscape. This onsite position in Los Angeles partners with Hiring Managers to build robust candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and guide candidates through interviews, ensuring timely and effective placements.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Hiring Managers and Candidates
- Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, deliver written assessments, and coordinate candidate scheduling
- Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
- Proactively source talent to fill requisitions
- Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate updates to ImpactBio Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates in a timely manner
- Maintain records and reporting for Clients and ImpactBio Leadership promptly
Requirements
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong network of industry contacts is essential
- Two or more years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the Life Sciences industry
- Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical/BioTech sector is highly desired
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required
- Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/networking channels
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong telephone skills and clear written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with computers and technology
