Job Description

Jencap is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Candidate Experience specialist to drive candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and engagement within its insurance brokerage organization. This remote role focuses on building targeted pipelines across underwriting, brokerage, and insurance operations, while serving as an ambassador to enable a strong candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Identify and recruit candidates proactively for roles spanning underwriting, brokerage, and insurance operations.
Develop and sustain active talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse CRM, industry networks, and niche job boards for sourcing.
Craft sourcing plans tailored to specific insurance verticals and business units.
Monitor candidate activity to maintain steady movement through the pipeline.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the early phases of hiring.
Deliver timely, professional, and high-touch communication across all candidate interactions.
Lead outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and engagement activities to maintain candidate interest.
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience aligned with Jencap’s brand.
Provide clear guidance to candidates on process steps, expectations, and timelines.
Collaborate with talent acquisition teammates and hiring managers to support recruitment workflows.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics as needed.
Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment communications.
Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Greenhouse ATS/CRM system.
Stay informed on trends in insurance talent and monitor competitor activity.
Provide insight on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and sourcing challenges.
Support employer branding efforts through outreach messaging and candidate interactions.
Contribute to early career and entry-level pipeline initiatives where applicable.
Support job postings, pipeline tracking, and reporting within Greenhouse.
Maintain clean and organized candidate data and workflows.
Assist with CRM campaigns and talent segmentation initiatives.
Collaborate with TA leadership on process improvements and sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Two to four or more years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent coordination.
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse or other CRM/ATS platforms.
Experience in recruiting within insurance, financial services, or professional services is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational and follow-through capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple pipelines and prioritize effectively.

Pelican Products, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization from its on-site location in Torrance, California. This role partners with hiring managers to build robust teams by guiding candidates through sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding for professional, technical, manufacturing, and operational roles. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for a spectrum of professional, technical, manufacturing, and operational positions.
Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach top active and passive candidates.

Requirements

Three to five years of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruiting experience, spanning multiple departments and roles from entry level to senior leadership, in a similar organization and industry.
Proficiency in Boolean searches, passive recruitment, social media recruitment, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems.

Experience with assessment tools and strategies, candidate or company branding, social networking and other internet channels, and employment market research.
Experience in analyzing and implementing new sourcing tools and methods, and measuring sourcing effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
A disciplined work style with the ability to balance proactive efforts and deadline-driven tasks, along with strong knowledge of social media tools and other internet employment advertising and networking tools with an emphasis on diversity recruiting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and extensive internet research experience.
