GTM Contract Recruiter

As the GTM Contract Recruiter at Samsara, you will partner with go-to-market teams to build pipelines across Customer Success, Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Renewals, Sales Data Science, and Sales Enablement, owning full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruiting by developing and executing strategies to address hiring needs and diversify candidate pools across Samsara's corporate teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social channels.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using innovative sourcing methods and convey Samsara's opportunities and culture.
• Coordinate multiple open roles and candidates during peak periods while ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with hiring leaders to understand team needs and objectives.
• Coordinate interview debriefs and lead the process for offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations.
• Develop closing strategies and provide candidates with essential information to support timely decisions.
• Use data to inform decisions and independently resolve analysis blockers.
• Extract and synthesize recruitment insights and assess headwinds and tailwinds within searches.
• Communicate clearly, adapting written and verbal messages for different audiences and contexts.
• Develop trusted partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations to overcome obstacles in a search.
• Champion diversity by designing sourcing strategies and programs to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Advise on structured interview practices to mitigate unconscious bias and coach leaders and interviewers on inclusive interviewing and objective feedback.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular updates to hiring managers, with careful attention to data entry in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to design, measure, and scale effective workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Proven strategic sourcing skills
• Team-oriented with a talent focus and a passion for connecting people and opportunities
• Professional representation of Samsara with internal and external stakeholders
• Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to uplift colleagues
• Prior tech experience preferred; thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
