XiFin is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles. The position works closely with business leaders while remaining deeply involved in intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing to deliver strong outcomes and a high-quality candidate experience.
Role Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for end-to-end recruitment, from initial intake through an accepted offer. This role leads structured conversations with hiring managers, builds effective sourcing plans, evaluates candidates thoughtfully, and provides vetted slates backed by market insight and recruiting expertise. The partner will also maintain momentum across each search by proactively identifying challenges, refining strategy, and communicating clearly with both hiring teams and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from initial intake through accepted offer.
- Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand business need, role requirements, team dynamics, success profile, and candidate market.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent, including passive candidates.
- Source, engage, interview, and assess candidates, focusing on capabilities, motivation, communication skills, and alignment with the opportunity.
- Present hiring managers with high-quality, well-vetted candidates, emphasizing slate strength rather than resume volume.
- Build trusted partnerships with leaders at all levels by providing candid market insight, recruiting expertise, and recommendations.
- Maintain search velocity by identifying challenges early, adjusting strategies as needed, and keeping communication clear and consistent.
- Manage the full candidate journey, including screening, candidate presentation, interview management, feedback, offers, negotiation, and closing.
- Support a strong candidate experience through responsive, transparent, and timely communication.
- Represent the company and opportunities in a compelling and authentic way to prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Take full ownership and accountability for every search led.
Required Qualifications
- Driven by quality, with pride in finding the right candidate rather than simply filling a position.
- Naturally curious, with the ability to ask questions that clarify business needs, role scope, and what drives success.
- Strong communicator who builds credibility quickly and can connect with candidates and senior executives.
- Confident and consultative style, able to provide candid feedback and challenge assumptions respectfully when needed.
- Strong instincts about people, including knowing when to dig deeper to get to the answer.
- Proactive and resourceful approach, with willingness to change strategy when an approach does not produce the right talent.
- Highly accountable and self-driven, with a structured, organized working style.
- Responsive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Persistent and resilient mindset, treating difficult searches as motivation to find another path to the right hire.
- Recruiting craft is central to motivation, with genuine interest in finding great people.
Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, with a career primarily focused on talent acquisition and recruiting.
- Proven track record identifying, recruiting, and closing high-quality talent across professional, leadership, and executive-level roles.
- Deep experience with proactive sourcing, including engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, targeted research, and other sourcing strategies.
- Experience independently managing the recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing strategy, outreach, interviewing and assessment, candidate presentation, interview management, offers, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience partnering directly with senior and executive leaders and communicating credibly at all organizational levels.
