Bilingual Recruiter

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume warehouse staffing on site in Franklin, Kentucky. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on Spanish language communication to connect with a diverse candidate pool. Weekend flexibility is expected to accommodate hiring events and urgent staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure timely staffing of open positions.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Be available to work weekends as needed to support hiring events or urgent recruitment needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Availability to work weekends and adjust schedules based on business demands.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
