Job Description

Strategic Health Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help build a strong anesthesia-provider network across hospital, ASC, and clinical practice environments in the Kennesaw, GA area. This onsite role prioritizes a positive candidate experience and compliant, efficient hiring workflows, partnering with recruiters, credentialing teams, and clinical leadership to keep staffing on track.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews, site visits, and virtual screenings for anesthesia providers across multiple locations.
  • Maintain well-structured recruiting pipelines and monitor candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Facilitate clear communication among candidates, recruiters, clinical leaders, and operations teams.
  • Assist with posting creation and distribution across healthcare job boards, professional networks, and specialty groups such as ASA and AANA.
  • Act as the main candidate liaison throughout hiring and onboarding.
  • Provide timely updates on interview logistics, next steps, and required documentation.
  • Offer high-touch service that aligns with the expectations of highly trained anesthesia clinicians.
  • Assist with pre-employment tasks such as drug screens and background checks.
  • Collaborate with credentialing teams to ensure clinical providers meet anesthesia-specific requirements for hospital privileges.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential candidate files.
  • Prepare offer letters and help route contracts for anesthesia providers.
  • Produce recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and pipeline summaries.
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, residency outreach, and conference logistics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or healthcare administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office suite.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment for anesthesia providers, including anesthesiologists, CRNAs, AAs, and perioperative support staff. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping the organization meet staffing needs in hospital, ASC, and clinical practice environments. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, credentialing teams, and clinical leadership to ensure hiring is smooth, compliant, and efficient.

Qualifications

  • Required: 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or healthcare administrative support.
  • Required: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Required: High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive information.
  • Required: Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting physician or advanced practice provider recruitment, ideally in anesthesia or perioperative services.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare licensing, credentialing, or medical group operations.
  • Preferred: Understanding of the anesthesia field (anesthesiologists, CRNAs, care team models, OR staffing needs).
