Sr Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supports recruitment across multiple teams at AEG Presents, driving process improvements and employer branding while partnering with hiring leaders to align talent with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from talent research and sourcing through candidate assessment, management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance.
- Thoroughly understand hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies that deliver quality hires.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team and fellow AEG Presents Talent Acquisition colleagues to share top internal and external talent, exchange best practices, and participate in strategic TA initiatives.
- Maintain a strong focus on diversity, ensuring all open positions attract a robust and diverse candidate pool.
- Coordinate with managers and the AEG Compensation team to keep job evaluation, market positioning, and job codes current for AEG Presents.
- Cultivate pipelines of qualified candidates and map relevant sourcing organizations to anticipated client demand patterns.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, set up displays, and proactively source at targeted events such as conferences as needed.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors, including retained search firms, sourcing firms, contingent recruiters, advertising agencies, pre-employment screening providers, and relevant networks.
- Engage with global and local organizations to communicate AEG Presents best practices and bring insights back to the team.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in a related business area
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for in-house recruitment experience
- Experience managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse is preferred
- Experience recruiting within the music and entertainment industry is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills applicable to internal and external clients, employees, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work with urgency in a dynamic environment and deliver on deadlines, including managing ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a positive attitude and initiative
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn required business systems

Compensation
Salary range: USD 82,158 - 125,000 per year
Bonus
This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
