Job Description
AAA United States Inc is expanding its recruiting team with a Technical Recruiter based on site in Mobile, Alabama. The role focuses on sourcing and placing highly skilled technical professionals for clients across aerospace, automotive, engineering, marine, and advanced manufacturing sectors nationwide, while maintaining precise ATS records and guiding candidates through a streamlined hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand open roles, requirements, and broader workforce goals.
- Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social channels, professional networks, referrals, and additional channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and perform skills assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent for current and future openings.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview scheduling throughout the process.
- Guide candidates through interviews, offer discussions, onboarding, and post-hire follow-up.
- Keep accurate candidate and client records within the ATS and other recruiting platforms.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, candidates, colleges, trade schools, industry organizations, and professional networks.
- Stay informed on labor market trends, sourcing techniques, recruiting best practices, and industry developments.
- Represent AAA USA at career fairs, recruiting events, networking gatherings, and community outreach activities.
- Meet recruiting metrics, hiring goals, and service-level expectations while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered.
- Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, marine, or industrial roles is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Experience using ATS, recruiting databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard recruiting technologies.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
