Contract Recruiter

Lam Research is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month on-site assignment in Tualatin, Oregon. This role centers on end-to-end recruiting, candidate engagement, employer branding, and process improvements, with the potential for extension based on business needs. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake and sourcing through screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to capture job requirements and create requisitions.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, agencies, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Capture candidate evaluations and interview feedback for decision-making.
• Assist with offer development and negotiation processes.
• Maintain clear, positive communication with candidates to enhance the experience.
• Support employer branding efforts and campus engagement programs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to drive process improvements.
• Provide support for immigration processes in coordination with legal counsel when needed.

Requirements

• Education and experience options: 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's; or 3+ years with a Master's; or a PhD with no experience; or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
