Talent Acquisition Manager (Technical Recruiter)

Responsibilities

• Directly source qualified candidates for Engineering (Software Engineers), Product Management/Data Science, and Machine Learning teams.
• Consult with hiring managers to define role responsibilities, establish interview panels, coordinate interview schedules, assemble interview packets, and gather feedback to ensure a smooth candidate experience and faster time to fill.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to benchmark compensation ranges for each role.
• Manage open roles within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Post openings to LinkedIn Recruiter and the PubMatic Careers page.
• Proactively source passive candidates through networking, cold outreach, and advanced internet research.
• Identify active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
• Implement sourcing strategies that yield a diverse slate of candidates.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and new hires via phone and email throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for Ad Tech, Digital Advertising, Media, or Ecommerce is required.
• Proven ability to fill high volume roles across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing from entry to senior levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• LinkedIn Recruiter expert.
