Job Description
The Utah Transit Authority seeks a Full Cycle Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) in Salt Lake City, onsite, with a yearly salary of USD 65,100.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing and implementing short-term and long-range talent acquisition strategies.
- Execute the complete set of activities required to implement the organization-wide recruitment program as directed.
- Aid in delivering strategic recruiting initiatives, employ diverse sourcing tactics, and support workforce planning across the organization.
- Evaluate staffing models, recruitment data, and sourcing approaches to measure effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable state and federal laws and UTA policies.
- Carry out operational and administrative tasks to onboard candidates whose potential and values align with UTA’s culture and mission.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of HR or recruitment experience with a staffing focus, plus hands-on experience with an HRIS or related software (Workday preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, human resources, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Valid Utah driver's license with no more than four moving violations in the past three years; or, if not a driver, the ability to travel efficiently by other means to varied locations within UTA's service area. Lack of a driver's license does not preclude employment. No applicant may have more than one DUI within the last ten years.
