Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract talent.
- Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate assessments against defined job requirements.
- Lead phone and virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and interest levels.
- Present qualified candidates with detailed screening summaries and recommendations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights to recruiting teams and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating talent.
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions and industries.
- Experience using ATS and sourcing technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Paradox, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed team environment.
