Job Description
This fully remote Talent Acquisition Associate role supports end-to-end recruiting for ICF’s Utility Programs and Services (UPS) division across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle recruiting to identify, attract, assess, and hire talent
- Sourcing and talent attraction activities to build qualified candidate pipelines
- Hiring manager partnership to support hiring needs and recruiting execution
- Candidate experience focused on delivering a high-quality, responsive experience
- Systems compliance and reporting to maintain accurate recruiting data and process adherence
- Professional growth and collaboration working alongside Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume environments, including experience supporting one or more of: field-based talent, customer-facing roles, operational hiring needs, or other volume-driven hiring activities
- 2+ years of experience coordinating, scheduling, managing logistics, performing administrative support, or providing customer service

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using Workday, Beamery, or other ATS and CRM platforms
- Experience sourcing candidates via social media, networking platforms, and online research tools
- Familiarity with employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices
- Experience using AI and automation tools to support recruiting throughout the lifecycle to improve efficiency, decision-making, and candidate/hiring manager experience

- Deliver clear, professional, and timely communication to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

- USD 74,090 - 125,954 per year (full-time employment pay range)
