Job Description
PerkinElmer invites a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our remote team. In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for Project Farma, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR to attract and hire top-qualified candidates. This role offers a competitive annual salary of USD 90,000 to 120,000 and the flexibility of remote work, supporting collaborative recruiting across multiple U.S. markets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to capture job requirements and design strategic sourcing plans.
- Actively search for candidates for assigned roles while screening and evaluating incoming applications.
- Build networks and community connections to engage passive applicants.
- Provide a high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers from start to finish.
- Oversee end-to-end candidate flow, ensuring timely scheduling and constructive feedback.
- Track recruiting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, proactively meeting customer and employee expectations.
- Ensure work complies with PerkinElmer procedures and corporate HR standards, delivered within defined timeframes.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations during interviewing and documentation processes.
- Perform additional HR or recruiting tasks as directed by Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting across contract, corporate, and/or agency environments.
- 2–3 years of agency recruiting and/or experience sourcing fully billable consultants, ideally in professional services, life sciences, engineering, or technical project settings.
- 3+ years of Executive Level recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to implement comprehensive recruiting life-cycle strategies to hire both exempt and non-exempt candidates.
- Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states with a solid understanding of regional labor markets and talent strategies.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. recruiting compliance, including EEO, OFCCP, FCRA, pay transparency, and state-specific requirements.

- Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP manufacturing, or engineering sectors to attract niche technical talent
- Candidates located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones are strongly preferred to support hiring teams and project schedules
- High technical competence and creativity
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday is a plus
- Ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology-driven recruiting techniques
- Experience with job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and referral programs
- Proficient in skill- and behavior-based interviewing
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across the company
