Recruiter

Vetcove is seeking a Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This fully remote role partners with teams across the company to guide candidates through a smooth process and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to close. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $120,000 per year and requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine our end-to-end recruiting approach across all teams
• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to understand needs and design targeted hiring plans
• Develop and maintain proactive pipelines for both active and passive candidates
• Apply creative, data-informed sourcing methods for hard-to-fill positions
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide clear visibility into pipeline health and performance
• Optimize recruiting tools and systems, including the ATS and sourcing platforms
• Prioritize a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer
• Support employer branding efforts to elevate our presence in the technical talent market

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Track record building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
• Strong analytical skills with a bias toward action and iterative improvement
• Comfort working in environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity
