Job Description
Remote Principal Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in Phoenix, AZ with accountability for compliant, high-volume full life cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting across all steps in the Talent Acquisition process while ensuring compliance with Raytheon and OFCCP regulations
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs and align recruiting strategy accordingly
- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing channels
- Maintain strong internal relationships with stakeholders including Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards to support compliance and alignment
- Provide consistent communication and follow-through to support a high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Use data and insights to improve recruiting outcomes and strengthen recruiting processes over time
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment, including Engineering talent with security clearances
- Experience sourcing hard-to-find engineering professionals across multiple technical disciplines
- Experience using Workday Recruiting
- U.S. Citizenship required, as the role requires access to US only data systems

Additional Role Details
- Location: Phoenix, AZ (remote)
- Salary range: USD 86,800 - 165,200 per year
- Remote designation: primarily offsite from home; travel to the site location may be required as needed
- Residence requirement: must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories)
- Interview process: candidates may be asked to attend select interview steps in-person at an office location, regardless of remote/on-site designation
