Job Description

Join Lionsgate in Santa Monica as a contract Recruiter in Talent Acquisition. This role focuses on early- to mid-level hiring across Lionsgate divisions, while supporting internship recruitment and early careers initiatives, and managing full-cycle recruitment and talent pipelines. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll operate onsite to help sustain Lionsgate’s recruiting efforts during the contract period.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across Lionsgate divisions.
  • Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and guide them through the process.
  • Source talent through internal and external networks, including social media and recruiting tools.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, best practices, and applicable employment laws.
  • Design and implement pipeline-building activities such as networking events, career fairs, and informational sessions.
  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives to strengthen Lionsgate’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition on internship and early careers initiatives.
  • Support internship recruitment through resume screening, candidate engagement, and event participation.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives, including informational interviews, referral outreach, and talent mapping.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in recruiting or human resources, preferably with high-volume or early- to mid-level hiring experience.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system; strong preference for familiarity with SuccessFactors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Experience sourcing candidates and building pipelines using a mix of tools and outreach methods.
  • Ability to balance hands-on recruiting with proactive relationship-building and pipeline development.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Onsite, Monday through Friday; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST

Compensation

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
