Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple openings while advising hiring leaders on market and hiring strategy.

Run intake conversations with Hiring Managers; advise on job market dynamics and on interview and hiring process improvements
Partner with Hiring Managers to design tailored search plans, including target candidate profiles, job posting strategy, and social media marketing
Develop and execute candidate generation and sourcing approaches across 15-25 requisitions at a given time
Strengthen recruiting execution by sharing best practices and introducing new recruiting tools and methodologies to the Talent Acquisition team
Support talent pipeline growth through direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships with diversity and specialty groups
Stay current on compensation offerings, benefits, salary structures, and long-term incentive plans when speaking with prospects
Negotiate and present offer packages to improve close rates in competitive candidate situations
Execute full-cycle search activities to source and qualify candidates for open requisitions

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience; 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiting consultant preferred/required
Expertise across sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, and experience with diversity sourcing
Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and employment law
Proven ability to build credibility with hiring managers and use market insights to guide talent strategy
Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), common desktop applications, and social media tools
Willingness to travel to national Strategic Alliance Job Fairs 1-2 times per year
