Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote) (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and responsibilities, ensuring job descriptions reflect necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Source candidates directly in the marketplace and build candidate pools within the relevant geographic markets.
• Conduct in-depth interviews via phone, video, or in person aligned with role requirements, and complete the reference-check process.
• Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Negotiate offers in accordance with approved guidelines and pay calculators, finalize terms and start date with the selected candidate.
• Recommend, plan, and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and college recruiting efforts.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with all employees.
• Adhere to the company core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent plus at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
