Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote) (Contract)
Job Description
Remote contract Talent Acquisition Partner at Fast Pace Health, responsible for end-to-end recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coordinating recruitment events.
Responsibilities
- Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and responsibilities, ensuring job descriptions reflect necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Source candidates directly in the marketplace and build candidate pools within the relevant geographic markets.
- Conduct in-depth interviews via phone, video, or in person aligned with role requirements, and complete the reference-check process.
- Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Negotiate offers in accordance with approved guidelines and pay calculators, finalize terms and start date with the selected candidate.
- Recommend, plan, and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and college recruiting efforts.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with all employees.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent plus at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
