Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This remote Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter role supports full life cycle, high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on compliance and candidate experience. The position is U.S.-based and requires U.S. citizenship.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (remote)
Compensation: USD 68,900 - 131,100 per year
Work model: Remote roles work primarily offsite (from home) and may require travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

What you will do

• Own full life cycle recruiting, ensuring each step in the Talent Acquisition process is compliant with Raytheon and OFCCP regulations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates using a variety of channels
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards, to support compliance and alignment
• Provide clear communication and follow-through to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and processes

What you bring

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
• Experience with full life cycle recruitment in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment, including Engineering talent with security clearances
• Experience with Workday Recruiting
• U.S. Citizenship required to access US-only data systems under this program/contract
