Job Description

Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support BerryDunn's Consulting practices with full-cycle recruiting for experienced professionals, primarily partnering with Consulting leaders, with minimal travel and fully remote within the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced consulting positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill consulting roles.
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques to identify candidates with the right balance of experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Guide candidates through the recruiting lifecycle while maintaining accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Represent BerryDunn's culture, values, employee experience, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting professional services or consulting organizations.
  • Experience recruiting for Medicaid consulting roles strongly preferred.
  • Previous work in a contract or project-based recruiting environment with the ability to learn quickly and operate independently.
  • Proven success partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill specialized, difficult-to-source positions.
  • Consultative approach with strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience while identifying high-quality talent.
  • Demonstrated success using a variety of sourcing techniques, recruiting technologies, and assessment methods.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $50-$60 per hour. This range reflects BerryDunn's good faith and reasonable estimate at posting. Applicants with qualifications beyond the minimum may receive a higher rate based on those qualifications; compensation decisions depend on the facts of each case.
