Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)
Job Description
Alex and Ani is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate and revenue-driven teams, collaborating with hiring managers and the Head of People. This role also supports employer branding and the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools.
Overview
The position oversees end-to-end recruitment across a spectrum of corporate and commercial functions, ensuring timely hires, quality candidate experiences, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding across diverse functions and roles
- Recruit for corporate functions and revenue-driven commercial teams, including People, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Partnerships, and Wholesale
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on talent decisions, market dynamics, and candidate fit
- Balance inbound pipeline management with proactive outbound sourcing to build intentional, high-quality talent pools
- Screen candidates and manage them through a structured, high-touch interview process
- Maintain strong ATS discipline, data integrity, and visibility of recruiting metrics to inform decision-making
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives, including process improvements, career branding, and talent marketing
- Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and modern TA technologies to improve efficiency and candidate discovery
- Collaborate closely with the Head of People and hiring managers to ensure alignment from attraction through onboarding
Requirements
- 2β4+ years of recruiting experience, including 1β2+ years in-house in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage both inbound volume and proactive sourcing with strong prioritization and judgment
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines across multiple functions
- Experience acting as a thought partner to hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions with data and market insight
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and process discipline, including ATS data integrity habits
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to various personalities and leadership styles
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools and AI recruiting platforms
