Responsibilities
- Design and implement proactive recruiting plans to meet hiring needs across multiple markets.
- Source both passive and active candidates through networking, relationship-building, and modern recruiting tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring workflow from requisition posting through interviews to presenting offer recommendations.
- Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and ensure fair, consistent candidate evaluation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Develop consultative partnerships with hiring managers to ensure clear alignment on requirements and timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate status and progression within the applicant tracking system.
- Represent recruiting at job fairs, college outreach, and community initiatives to strengthen employer branding as needed.
- Advocate for process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team and hiring practices in assigned business areas.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and market data to guide decisions and actions.
- Independently identify learning resources to stay current in recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in sourcing and interviewing, with strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication across messaging, phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and hiring needs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and experience managing candidates through structured workflows.
- Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Ability to work across different time zones as needed.
Benefits
- Sick leave up to 48 hours per year, accruing per pay period; vacation time ranging from 80 to 200 hours per year after a 90-day waiting period, based on tenure.
