Remote opportunity with GE Vernova delivering strategic, end-to-end recruiting support across designated client groups. Responsibilities
- Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
- Assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and leadership potential; provide strategic input on candidate selections
- Mentor junior recruiters on sophisticated sourcing and screening methods
- Present compelling opportunities aligned with candidate motivations
- Ensure an inclusive, equitable recruitment process and a positive candidate experience
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting GE Vernova’s talent brand through social channels
- Develop GE Vernova’s presence in targeted channels to build candidate engagement strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Leverage recruitment data and market insights to refine strategies, propose process improvements, and influence stakeholders on trends and talent availability
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for roles of varying complexity, advising hiring managers and people leaders
- Lead complex offer negotiations and guide stakeholders on compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition lifecycles in the ATS to ensure data integrity for reporting
- Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment workflows, track KPIs, and pursue continuous improvement
- Contribute to projects and adopt best practices in daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum five years of recruitment experience with proven expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders
- At least two years of consultative recruitment experience within Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy sectors, or other highly regulated technical industries
- Two or more years identifying and sourcing talent for niche roles in Mechanical Systems, Instrumentation & Controls, Probabilistic Risk & Reliability, Systems Integration, Civil Structural, or related systems engineering disciplines
