Tetra Tech is hiring a remote Recruiter to own high‑volume hiring across engineering and technical teams, collaborate with senior recruiters on sourcing strategy, and drive innovative recruiting initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a large slate of open requisitions across engineering, technical, and professional services teams, maintaining strong organization and responsiveness
- Collaborate with other recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to support recruiting strategies and hiring goals
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, Boolean searches, networking, and creative sourcing techniques
- Assist senior recruiters on targeted sourcing efforts and difficult-to-fill technical roles
- Craft engaging outreach messages and job advertisements to attract talent in competitive markets
- Keep candidate records, workflows, and recruiting activity accurate within the applicant tracking system
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
- Support recruitment marketing, social recruiting, and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruiting activity and sourcing effectiveness to inform data-driven decisions
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing tools, AI technology, and talent market insights
- Support university recruiting and early-career talent initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- 2–5 years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working within Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social sourcing, and internet search techniques
- Strong written communication skills for creating engaging outreach messaging
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to expand recruiting and sourcing capabilities
- Ability to balance recruiting operations with creative sourcing support
