Truck Driver Recruiter

What You’ll Do

• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
• Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
• Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (you control your own hours and business operations; consistency is recommended for best income potential).
• Pay Structure: Commission-only per successful hire.

What We Look For

• No prior recruiting experience required. Entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred experience: Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry (CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management) is a major plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.
• Tech confidence: Comfortable using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
• Independence: Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.
