Job Description

What you’ll do

Own full-cycle recruiting for real estate agents and related positions, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Use a CRM to track candidates and keep the pipeline organized for efficient hiring.
Implement creative sourcing strategies, including social media marketing (recruitment) and cold calling.
Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and internal teams to support a positive recruitment experience and long-term talent retention.
Partner with leadership on succession planning, employee orientation, and employee relations to help support organizational growth.

What you bring

Experience in full-cycle recruiting within real estate or related industries is desired, including success in high-volume recruitment environments.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
CRM familiarity is preferred to manage candidate workflows and pipeline tracking.
Real estate industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a remote setting.
Relationship management skills that demonstrate a track record of building and maintaining connections.
