Talent Acquisition Partner, Executive

DaVita is hiring a remote, strategic Executive Talent Acquisition Partner (ETAP) based in Denver, CO. In this consultative role, you will partner with senior leaders to shape executive hiring plans and lead full-cycle searches across Director to C-suite levels, helping strengthen the executive talent acquisition function through both process rigor and talent insights.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a thought partner to VP+ leaders by translating business strategy into talent strategy, including consult on team design, role clarity, and talent implications beyond requisition management.
• Own the end-to-end executive recruiting lifecycle, including search strategy, talent mapping, proactive pipelining, candidate engagement, assessment, and complex offer negotiation.
• Build authentic relationships with high-impact leaders and serve as an ambassador for DaVita’s mission and culture while delivering a seamless, white-glove candidate experience.
• Use data, storytelling, and external benchmarks to challenge assumptions, support equitable processes, and ensure top-tier, diverse talent is identified and hired.
• Partner cross-functionally with People Services, Compensation, and Legal to design offers, mitigate risk, and drive aligned hiring outcomes.
• Elevate the broader executive TA team by sharing insights, mentoring teammates, and modeling excellence in candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and process rigor.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years leading executive searches in-house or at a retained search firm, with experience placing Director, VP, and C-level roles in complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen.
• Exceptional influencing skills.
• Mastery of sourcing strategies and tools, supported by external market insights.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for team development and continuous improvement.

• USD 78,000 - 119,000 per year
