Support Sky Zone’s Talent Acquisition team as a Remote Recruiter (Temp) on a short-term assignment.

Create and post job postings for field and corporate roles across job boards and social media channels
Schedule intake calls with hiring managers; source, qualify, and screen candidate resumes
Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate journey from prescreen through offer
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align candidate assessment to organizational criteria and values
Build candidate pipelines and improve brand reputation using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social channels
Develop and maintain internal and external networks to source high-potential talent
Support an employer-of-choice recruiting experience through consistent follow-up with hiring managers and candidates
Assist with coordination and participation for community or internal hiring events and career fairs
Communicate with the interview team to support readiness and facilitate post-interview debrief sessions
Facilitate interviews and complete pre-hire steps as needed (offer, background check, system entry, and transition to P&C Generalist for onboarding)
Assist with and complete additional P&C and Recruiting projects as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; in-house and agency experience preferred
Preferred experience recruiting for both field and corporate roles in large multi-unit organizations within entertainment, retail, restaurant, or fitness
Required experience using sourcing tools for active and passive candidates; LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed experience ideal
ATS experience required; Workday experience is a plus
Customer-service mindset with ability to manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
Proactive problem-solving with strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision
Ability to interact with and influence all levels of management
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Ability to remain stationary at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer, with or without reasonable accommodation

$36.00-$36.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience). Listed at $36.06/hr
