Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Staffing – Epic & Healthcare IT
Job Description
Nordic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow Epic and healthcare IT consulting talent for client engagements and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Staffing, Delivery, Sales, and Practice leaders to source, qualify, and engage hard-to-find consultants while maintaining a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain pipelines of Epic and healthcare IT consultants across clinical, revenue cycle, technical, data and analytics, and leadership specialties.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, industry groups, user communities, talent databases, events, social platforms, and direct outreach.
- Work with Staffing and Delivery teams to understand project demand and identify qualified talent for client needs.
- Qualify consultants using skills, certifications, availability, relevant project experience, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain pipelines for current openings, anticipated project demand, managed services needs, and long-term strategic capabilities, while sustaining relationships with candidates even when timing does not align.
- Use labor market insights to expand talent pools and create creative sourcing strategies for roles that are difficult to fill.
- Keep candidate and consultant information accurate within recruiting and CRM systems.
- Support a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely follow-up.
- Stay up to date on Epic and healthcare IT talent market developments, including skill scarcity, implementation activity, optimization demand, consulting trends, and candidate movement.
- Leverage recruiting data to spot pipeline gaps, process delays, declining engagement, and potential project-fulfillment risks.
- Act as a credible ambassador for Nordic, including its culture, business, career opportunities, and employee value proposition.
- Partner with Marketing and internal teams on recruitment marketing, talent events, campaigns, content, and employer-branding initiatives.
What you bring
- 5+ years of healthcare IT recruiting and sourcing, including project-based consultants and professionals across multiple disciplines and experience levels (strongly preferred).
- Direct experience sourcing and recruiting Epic-certified or Epic-experienced professionals (strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of Epic applications, healthcare IT project environments, and consulting workforce models (strongly preferred).
- Experience recruiting for healthcare consulting, managed services, payer, provider, or healthcare technology organizations (strongly preferred).
- Proven success building pipelines in competitive and specialized talent markets.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific talent market trends, recruiting strategy development, and candidate sourcing and pipelining.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, focus, and responsiveness.
- Experience using artificial intelligence, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools to support candidate research, talent sourcing, personalized outreach, market intelligence, content development, and workflow efficiency (strongly preferred).
