Truck Driver Recruiter

J Rose Logistics is partnering with independent contractor recruiters to help match CDL Class A drivers with high-paying carrier opportunities nationwide. This remote contract role focuses on sourcing and qualifying candidates, guiding them through application and onboarding, and maintaining a consistent pipeline to drive successful placements.

As a Truck Driver Recruiter working in a 1099 model, you will earn commission based on completed hires, with flexible scheduling and support designed to help you operate effectively while managing your workload independently.

Role Overview

• Connect CDL Class A drivers with open carrier positions across the country.
• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for carrier needs.
• Help candidates move through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a qualified driver lead pipeline using phone, email, text, and social media.
• Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry is a major plus (CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a persuasive personality.
• Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.

Compensation and Work Model

• Pay: USD 1,000 - 5,000 per monthly

• Earnings potential: $500+ per placement with no cap on total earnings
• Schedule: Flexible hours (full-time or part-time capacity available)
