Truck Driver Recruiter

One LLC is hiring independent Truck Driver Recruiters to help grow its network of CDL-A owner-operators. This is a 100% commission-based, remote opportunity where you generate leads, screen for fit, and refer qualified candidates to One LLC for verification, onboarding, and approval.

The role is designed for recruiters who can work independently, communicate with owner-operators, and drive results through lawful outreach channels. There are no fixed hours and no earning limits tied to placements.

Role overview

• Independently find and contact owner-operators interested in joining One LLC
• Generate your own leads through lawful recruiting channels, including social media, referrals, trucking groups, advertisements, and personal connections
• Explain owner-operator opportunities, compensation options, routes, and requirements
• Collect and submit candidate information, including owner-operator full name, phone number, email address, truck registration documents, number of drivers (solo or team), and preferred routes and home-time schedule
• Refer qualified candidates to the One LLC hiring team for verification, onboarding, and approval

Key requirements

• Own or provide your own truck
• Drivers must have at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
• No DUI history
• No disqualifying accidents or major traffic violations
• Must meet company safety, insurance, and qualification requirements
• Solo and team owner-operators welcome
• You have your own phone and can communicate with owner-operators
• Ability to find and generate leads independently
• Basic understanding of trucking and owner-operator recruitment
• Motivation to earn based on results

Commission structure

Recruiter earnings are based on successful referrals paid after the recruited owner-operator completes 3 weeks of work with One LLC.

• $1,000 for each owner-operator with their own truck and one driver
• $1,750 for each team owner-operator with their own truck and two drivers

Illustrative earnings based on successful placements completing the 3-week period:

• Recruit 1 Solo Owner-Operator per week: $1,000 per week = $4,000 in 4 weeks
• Recruit 3 Solo Owner-Operators per week: $3,000 per week = $12,000 in 4 weeks
• Recruit 5 Solo Owner-Operators per week: $5,000 per week = $20,000 in 4 weeks
• Recruit 3 Team Owner-Operators per week: $5,250 per week = $21,000 in 4 weeks
• Recruit 5 Team Owner-Operators per week: $8,750 per week = $35,000 in 4 weeks

No commission cap. Actual earnings depend on results and payment timing.
