Recruiter

Korn Ferry is hiring a Recruiter on a contract basis for the Reno, NV Area (Golden Valley Industrial Park). This United States (hybrid) role combines hands-on talent sourcing, high-touch candidate relationship management, and client-facing recruitment process delivery. You will support hiring events and help build community partnerships while using applicant tracking and sourcing methodologies to improve the quantity and quality of client talent pools.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and recruitment needs
• Identify the right channels and sourcing strategy to match candidates to client requirements
• Define, design, and help implement sourcing strategy to build talent pools for specific candidate profiles
• Develop and optimize a broad set of sourcing channels to improve talent pool outcomes
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes
• Support clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition and incorporate it into the sourcing strategy
• Source, secure, and leverage relevant media and communication channels
• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are used to build strong relationships with passive candidate communities
• Lead the framework for client sourcing strategies, including competitive intelligence gathering, targeted sourcing environments, research into competing companies, and talent mapping
• Work with recruiters and team members to share ideas and information that improve search effectiveness
• Provide responsive and proactive customer service to clients via telephone and email
• Offer support, advice, and coaching to team members

What you bring

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience in RPO and client-facing environments
• 3+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 3+ years client-facing experience working with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 3+ years experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
• High School Diploma (4-year degree preferred)
