The position includes planning hiring strategies, managing priorities across concurrent searches, and contributing to scalable recruiting programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full recruitment lifecycle activities across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America for both consulting and technical functions.
  • Serve as the regional Talent Acquisition partner, independently running recruiting efforts across multiple business lines, hiring managers, and competing priorities.

  • Advise leaders on hiring decisions, interview quality, candidate evaluation, compensation positioning, and talent market trends.
  • Balance daily recruiting execution with broader talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, recruiting operations, interview training, and process improvement.
  • Use recruiting metrics to identify trends, forecast hiring outcomes, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Develop and continuously improve scalable recruiting programs, structured interviews, hiring documentation, workflows, and recruiting best practices.
  • Support inclusive hiring through structured assessments, objective decision-making, and consistent evaluation criteria.
  • Strengthen Artefact’s employer brand through social media, networking events, community partnerships, and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to streamline sourcing, interview preparation, candidate communications, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting workflows while maintaining ethical and compliant recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in consulting or professional services, including experience supporting rapid growth.
  • Proven technical recruiting background across AI, data engineering, analytics, data science, machine learning, and other specialized technical roles, plus consulting and client-facing recruiting experience.
  • Track record of serving as a trusted talent advisor and building partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple searches across functions, geographies, and levels while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including building diverse, high-quality pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networking, market mapping, talent communities, and related strategies.
  • Experience improving recruiting processes such as structured interviews, hiring documentation, hiring manager training, and scalable recruiting programs.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, sourcing technologies, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
  • Interest in AI and emerging recruiting technologies, with the ability to learn new tools and integrate them thoughtfully into recruiting workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build credibility and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritization, operating through ambiguity, and maintaining momentum.
